Mission Statement: 

It is the purpose of the Sutter County Domestic Violence Council and Child Abuse Prevention Council to create and foster a caring community wherein domestic violence and abuse in all forms are understood to be completely unacceptable. The purpose of the Council is to significantly reduce all forms of domestic violence and child abuse.
